Service Management Expo 2011

The longest established service and mobile workforce event is again supporting the MCUG with a colaborative programme, including briefings and an advice clinic. With two days of seminars, an exhibition of hardware, software, and systems to support mobile working in the service sector, this event is always an excelent opportunity to update with the latest thinking. On both days MCUG will be present, with a team of consultants offering free advice and on-stand briefings intended to help you focus your business needs on the in-show services and products. Continuing our successful programme of interactive meetings covering topics chosen by the users attending. These are invitation only meetings, and numbers are limited. The session is a 'set piece power-point presentation' free zone. Majoring on work on the white board, and user experiences. Mapping the Underworld

A joint event betweek the Pipeline Industries Guild, and Mapping the Underworld project, focussed on comprehensively mapping services and utilities under our streets. This free event brings discussions on both how to manage and visualise three dimessional maps of service, and how to find the services in the first place. If you need to find/avoid utility services, manage utility assets, or map them, then this will be a recommended event. And it's free.
